How to select a UV plate?

1. Need to identify the base material: a good base material is the guarantee of the quality of the UV board. A good base material has long-term deformation free, smooth and flat surface, strong nail grip, and less than 30% formaldehyde emission per cubic meter. UV board substrate generally adopts E1 grade high-density MDF or particleboard. People who know about the substrate can see the quality of the substrate at a glance. As a layman, the supplier must issue an environmental grade certificate when purchasing. The simple way is to take a small sample and put it on your nose to smell. The environmental protection substrate has no smell.

2. Need to look at after-sales service: after sales service is very important, and good after-sales service is an important standard to test a company.

3. Price comparison: price is the last word. You only choose the right things, not the expensive ones. Everything about the brand is made through advertising. For example, the price of a UV board with E1 medium fiber 1.22 * 2.44 * 1.8cm specification generally exceeds 200 yuan. The price difference of failing to meet the environmental protection standard is basically about 50 yuan. So, you have to shop around for UV boards. To do business, you must strive to make your own interests bigger.

4. Need to recognize the board surface: on the one hand, the UV board surface has high brightness, high flatness, bright color, and no 'orange peel' phenomenon on the surface, which can be recognized by eyes. On the other hand, the UV paint has high strength. The surface of the UV board can at least withstand the impact of hard objects with strength greater than 5h. The simple way is to use our ordinary key point to directly hit the board surface, or use a certain force to stroke back and forth on the board surface. The real UV board will not show any damage.
